Hello! My name is Hailey and I joined GMMS in September. I grew up in the Boston area and I moved to Vermont when I attended The University of Vermont. Here I graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science and I have stayed in VT ever since. During my time there I frequently worked with various age groups to teach children about our food system and where our food comes from! From these experiences at Winooski Middle School and Common Roots, I fell in love with working alongside the children while teaching them and learning new skills myself. I hope to share my love of learning and trying new things and I look forward to seeing the children thrive as the school year goes on!
